Shipping policy

We are dedicated to delivering your purchase as quickly as possible.  We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.  We are able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii; however, these orders may incur an additional shipping fee.  Please contact us to see if there would be any additional shipping costs. 

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Your order should ship within 1-2 business days.  We ship via UPS and FedEx, mainly.  The shipping method and carrier are determined at the time of order by the customer.

During peak seasons, shipping times may at times be extended to 3-5 days.  Holiday shipping guarantees will be posted online in advance of the deadline.

**Orders containing large equipment will ship separately from the rest of your order.  These items are drop shipped from our supplier direct to your door to save on shipping costs, and to minimize the probability of damage to the items.  These items will generally arrive within 5-7 business days; however, sometimes there are extended lead times and/or backorders on certain items.  These items will have a shipping time frame listed on the item detail page.  We will do our best to contact you in the event of a backordered item and hopefully provide an estimated ship date.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available within a 60-mile radius during peak season, and will be reduced to a 40-mile radius during non-peak season.  If you need delivery service outside of this area, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your delivery!
